Bin Odor Blasters, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning services using high‑temperature, eco‑friendly cleaning methods designed to remove dirt, grime, and odors.

We clean standard household trash and recycling bins. We do not remove:

  • Paint
  • Concrete
  • Adhesives
  • Hardened materials

These materials permanently bond to plastic and are outside the scope of our service.

To ensure successful service:

  • Bins must be completely empty — all trash and recycling must be removed prior to our arrival.
  • Bins must be curbside or otherwise accessible at the time of service.
  • Bins must be placed in a location free of vehicles, snowbanks, ice, or other obstructions.
  • If your trash hauler changes your pickup schedule, you must notify us so we can adjust routing.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in a reschedule fee or skipped service without refund.

We may delay or reschedule service due to:

  • Snow
  • Ice
  • Severe cold
  • Unsafe road conditions
  • Equipment limitations

We will notify you of weather‑related changes as soon as possible.

You may cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning at no charge.

If you cancel within 24 hours or your bins are not available at the time of service, we may:

  • Charge a reschedule fee

Skip the service without refund

  • Customers are billed at the time of sign‑up for their selected service frequency.
  • Recurring service plans are billed automatically based upon your plan.
  • A valid payment method must remain on file for service continuation.
  • Services may be paused or withheld if payment cannot be processed.
  • All payments are processed securely through iRoute, our third‑party scheduling and billing provider.
  • We do not store or process credit card information on our website or servers.

If bins are:

  • Not empty
  • Not curbside
  • Blocked or inaccessible
  • Placed out after our arrival

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
  • Aggressive animals
  • Hazardous materials
  • Repeated failure to follow service requirements
  • Any situation that poses a risk to our staff or equipment

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Chargebacks filed without attempting resolution may be contested.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre‑existing cracks, warping, or structural weaknesses in bins
  • Damage resulting from improper bin manufacturing or age
  • Delays caused by weather, trash hauler schedule changes, or circumstances beyond our control

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.

Please note, if you cancel reoccurring service, cancelation fees apply. We will charge the difference in services received rate vs service plan subscription rate if applicable.
